I had it done around Anyang in 2014. I went in for epicanthoplasty, but they said I didn't need that and that I seemed to need alar reduction, so I did it right away. At first I didn't know, but as time passed, I'm extremely satisfied. I had a bulbous nose? It didn't become dramatically slim, but everyone says it looks better. For people who are scared of silicone and scared of cartilage too, I recommend alar reduction. I'm so extremely satisfied with it now
