I'm on day 7 after nose surgery. I went to the hospital today and had pooled blood drained with a syringe, but the blood looks spread out like a burst tiny blood vessel in my eye, and I still have a soft, squishy feeling under my eye. They told me to come back on day 12. Has anyone had pooled blood settle down without irrigation?

포키지낭 [@Delak] I'm okay now, but on the day I got the splint removed, thinking that I had to have open irrigation again and then cotton + a splint put on made me tear up lololol Ha, just thinking about that time is honestly so stressful..

iilii In my case, I had it drained with a syringe, then because the weekend was in between, I had a follow-up 3-4 days later and it had been absorbed.
Delak I went today, and there was more blood than expected, so they cut it open again... They said they might have to remove the silicone too, but when they opened it up, they said only irrigation was possible. This is so hard.
