They said I need to write a post to level up, so I’m uploading one. The upper photo is before rhinoplasty, and the lower photo is after rhinoplasty. Because I had a blunt nose, it really bothered me that my face looked broad and flat, but after having surgery like this, the dimensionality of my face came alive, so I’m really happy haha I raised the nasal bridge with silicone and placed ear cartilage between the nostrils. You can’t see it in the photo, but they also made my nostrils into a heart shape! I think the swelling is still going down, and I’m satisfied!
