After having septal rhinoplasty and posting a review, so many people asked me about it hahaha So I’m posting an update again^^ My complex was my wide nostril wings, and even after a previous nose surgery, I didn’t see much effect, so I had revision surgery. I didn’t get any separate alar-reduction injections, but~~ the hospital lifted my nasal tip as much as possible, so there was also an alar reduction effect. It’s been over a month now, and it hasn’t gone back to its original state or anything. It’s holding up well! I started going out from 2~3 weeks after surgery, and people I know said it turned out really naturally~ I don’t like looking obviously “done,” so I wanted it to look natural, and for me it’s exactly what I wanted! If anyone is considering nose surgery, I hope you get enough consultations and look into plenty of information before doing it! I’ll show you the after photos^^
