I got double eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method in Daejeon a year ago. I think it cost roughly around 400,000 won. I originally had inner double eyelids, and when I opened my eyes wide, an unattractive crease would form, so that bothered me and I decided to get it done. They said correcting the line with the buried-suture method would be enough. Honestly, it was my first plastic surgery, so I was worried, but it turned out well and I’m satisfied. Oh, but on the day of surgery, of all things, I got a stye in one eye, so it was quite asymmetrical early on. Even now it’s not perfectly symmetrical and seems slightly different, but it doesn’t bother me much and I’m satisfied. Looking at before and after the surgery, I don’t think there’s a huge difference. It’s just naturally a little improved.
