I had my first nose surgery 5-6 years ago.. I really had my first surgery without any fear.. lol For the nasal bridge, I had Gore-Tex, and for the nasal tip, ear cartilage. But the bridge was too high, and as time passed it also shifted to one side, and the ear cartilage drooped and was a total mess? lol I lived like that for about three years and then had revision surgery. Silicone, ear cartilage, septal cartilage.. I found out during a removal consultation that they had done a septal support strut and extension surgery? Something like that. I thought there was only a support strut. I wasn’t told about the extension,, Other people say the shape looks fine. But personally I don’t like it, and the psychological reasons are a big part of it, so I just want to go back to my old nose (though I know it can’t go back 100%), and I’m looking into complete removal. I hope you all approach nose surgery carefully and look up lots of reviews before doing it.
