It’s been 6 months since my autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty for a hump nose and short nose I had 2.5 mm of silicone inserted into the bridge At this point, the swelling seems to be all gone, right?? It’s really become natural even from the front Maybe I’ve become less cautious lately, or maybe I’m just used to the nose, but when I do my makeup I end up tapping my nose without thinking I don’t think there’s any real problem though Autologous costal cartilage seems strong,, I used to show a lot of nostril from my short nose, but now the columella is also rounded I think it has satisfied more than 90% of my needs From experience, I think it’s important to communicate exactly the look you’re going for.. When I consulted, I asked for: Overall improvement of the low and blunt impression Improvement of the short-looking nose A slightly softer-looking columella area A bridge with a slight curve And absolutely autologous costal cartilage That’s how I asked for it
