I only went for a consultation so far, but since this is a revision surgery, after looking at my current nose condition, I felt that they were thinking about safety first and trying to do it conscientiously without overdoing it. From the reviews, it seems like they pursue a more natural look rather than a flashy nose. And the doctor and the consultation manager were both very kind.
