Compared with my nasal bridge, my nasal tip was drooping, so I had it raised with septal cartilage, and it changed into a really refined look. As expected, for the nose, septal cartilage!!! I'm now 2 weeks post-op, but most of the major swelling is gone, and I've just started going out, hanging out and drinking, and everyone says I look so much more handsome, so I'm really happy
