I had nostril reduction surgery, but I’m not sure if the staff were kind. They just proceeded without saying how many mm they would cut (I had surgery without knowing whether we were agreeing on it...) The stitches were left in for about a week longer than at other places before removal. It seems like the only method they use is an external incision. Of course there will be scarring. It’s not at a noticeable level, so I plan to have revision surgery somewhere else. It’s a plastic surgery clinic that pursues a natural look.
