They were definitely kind during the consultation, but when I talked about my dissatisfaction after surgery, their kindness dropped sharply. I had complete removal after nose surgery, but they touched the nasal bone, which left one side of the nasal bone with an area that was not shaved down enough. They were supposed to take tissue from my left ear, but they opened the right ear, so when I asked about it, only then did they switch to the left ear.
