Both the director and the manager were kind and good. The director wasn’t exactly the high-energy type, but I felt that they explained things calmly and well in a quiet tone. I was worried that my breasts might end up looking too obviously surgically done, but for a pectus carinatum case like mine, they looked at what kind of design or size would be good, taking into account my skin quality, rib cage size, and even my usual lifestyle. I liked that it felt very thorough. The aftercare and safety system also seemed well set up, so I thought I could feel reassured.
