They explained the surgery method and said they would do exactly what I wanted. When I asked questions because I wasn’t sure what direction to improve in, they seemed a little annoyed. They said they would just judge for themselves and do it the way I wanted, so I’m not sure. The consultation manager was kind. The parking voucher was only for 30 minutes.
