When I was running around looking for places for nose surgery, this clinic happened to be nearby so I had a consultation. It was my first surgery consultation, and the coordinator mentioned donated rib cartilage too, and things like that. But before I went, they kept pressuring me to leave a reservation deposit, so I left almost like I was running away. Even after I said no around three times, they kept holding me back, and it was uncomfortable.
