I spoke with the consultant, and they really have a talent for making a very simple conversation sound strangely complicated. Since we had already communicated enough by text and I was calling from the office, I just wanted them to briefly talk about the cost, but the prices kept changing. Just the inner-side event price was 1.8 million KRW (VAT included), the outer side was 1.65 million, and mouth corners + marionette lines were 3.5 million (VAT included), so the actual total was 6.95 million KRW, but the consultant said the total was 5.3 million. The regular price is 2.42 million, but the event price is 1.8 million, the outer side is 2.26 million, and the marionette line additional charge was originally how much, and so on. Maybe they were getting confused about the amounts while explaining it themselves? The consultant’s explanation is way too long-winded. I was planning to go because I’d heard the doctor is skilled, but the consultation manager really has a way of explaining things in a bit... complicated manner. After the first call, I immediately sent all the photos and videos by text, and since we had already discussed the general points on the first call, the doctor only needed to review the photos and videos, and on the final call they only had to talk about the cost for the necessary parts. But it kept dragging on with what gets added and so on, so I got really annoyed. From the start, I had no interest at all in philtrum reduction, but they recommended philtrum reduction, and even though I had already sent my age by text, they persistently asked again how old I was. A consultant should basically be someone who can communicate accurately. What are you supposed to do if they can’t do basic arithmetic?? Ah, I feel like this place just isn’t meant for me.

Similar to other reviews. There was no passion about doing a good job on my eyes The consultation lasted about 10-15 minutes The manager also seemed a little bothered. Since it’s a revision surgery, I’m more worried, so I don’t think I’ll
