I'm someone with quite a dramatic rhinoplasty history I had it three times.. I've seen plenty of people who had it twice, but around me, many people who had it three times really ended up not being satisfied until the end. So I also worried a lot and was scared about having a tertiary revision rhinoplasty, but fortunately, only now I'm satisfied with the shape, the surgery, and the recovery, so I feel like I've put an end to three surgeries. Because of this, the more surgeries I had, the more my confidence in my face and my self-esteem dropped, but I guess you could say I was lucky to meet a good director on the third try..? I had surgery with septal cartilage and silicone for a straight-with-slight-supratip nasal tip, and as long as it doesn't collapse like this, this is the nose I want to keep for life I'll share some strength with those about to have revision surgery. Have it done beautifully and come back!!!!
