I have a face with a hollow midface, so I should really get double jaw surgery, but it's such a big operation that I thought maybe I'd try a prosthesis first, so I did. The right side of my midface is more hollow, so even after the surgery the nasolabial folds didn't improve as much as on the left side. I guess that's just how my face is, so there's nothing I can do. If I used a bigger implant, it would cause bone erosion, so that's not possible. In the end, it makes me want double jaw surgery anyway.. But it's scary, so I'm just planning to get some skin-tightening treatments. If your midface is only moderately hollow, this place should be fine.
