The staff were not kind. On top of that, even though it was before surgery, the consultant was slow to respond.. The director's consultation was sincere and good, but.. The overall atmosphere of the clinic was also dark, so somehow I felt worried about the surgery. And because the consultant kept saying unconditionally that recovery would be fast and it would go well, I did feel pressured, like I had to get the surgery quickly. I think they were trying to speak positively and reassuringly, but for a worrier like me, it actually made me worry more
