Facial contouring side effects

I had facial contouring surgery on August 29, 2018. The hospital seemed trustworthy, and I had the surgery at this hospital through a referral. At first, I thought it was just something that would pass, regarding the side effects. But even now, several months later, it hasn’t improved from how it was back then.. I had a long-curve procedure + cortical bone removal, and because my chin was asymmetric, they tried to align the front chin to the center by doing some kind of lateral movement procedure? I think? Even now, my lower teeth still feel numb and tingling, and my lower lip still feels numb and tingling like it has pins and needles... When I lightly press my front chin with my fingernail, it feels prickly and itchy, and when I tense my chin or smile, I don’t know if it’s muscle or what, but it looks bumpy like a chin dimpling/walnut wrinkle, like how the skin rises after scratching a mosquito bite, as if it has pins and needles. It feels like something is pressing down hard and compressing it The foreign-body sensation is no joke, and the tight lumpiness is still severe. The swelling in my front chin also seems to have stayed at the point it had gone down to around 2 or 3 months, and it hasn’t gone down any further; it’s just the same... Only the side jaw got a little slimmer, but the front chin is blunter than before surgery and it’s driving me crazy. The angles of the side jaw and front chin don’t match either.. The abnormal sensation in my lower lip and tooth sensitivity are still severe. Every single day is so, so painful.. It’s so uncomfortable and hard that I think it would actually have been better if there had been nerve loss instead. I’m so depressed. I feel like I’ve even developed social avoidance, and I have no self-esteem. I got surgery for no reason and paid money to end up disabled... When I called the hospital, they said I could get Botox, but that it would only be temporary, and they spoke as if I should pay for it too lololololol seriously such a trash hospital ㅡㅡ What should I do now?
