I had lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery from Dr. Han 4 years ago. It's been so long that I don't remember the price or the doctor's full name anymore I was too lazy to go around shopping, so I just went to a big hospital nearby and was fairly satisfied. The fat has filled back in a bit now, but it doesn't bother me much. But maybe it's just my imagination, but I feel like this gave me dry eyes.
