A lot of the reviews said they were kind, and the surgery reviews were good too, so I went for a consultation, but I’m not sure the doctor was kind. The consultation with the doctor was rather stiff, and when I asked questions, the answers felt a bit perfunctory, so I didn’t feel great either. The staff were generally kind, but the doctor was disappointing.
