Both the consultation manager and the doctor were kind, which I liked. Whenever I asked the doctor something I was curious about, they explained everything, and by pointing out only the necessary parts without overdoing it, they said that if I did it, my appearance would improve from how it is now, which made me trust them. I was grateful that they said plastic surgery doesn't have to be done at their hospital and that I should decide carefully.
