I had double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty 10 years ago. At that time they used a mechanical anesthesia method that had only recently been introduced, so it really didn’t hurt. In reviews from other hospitals, people said the anesthesia was really painful, but for me it didn’t hurt at all when they gave the anesthesia. The director also carefully sutures the line. My younger sibling had it done elsewhere, but when my eyes are closed, my line is definitely more natural..! I had double eyelids with an outfold line, and I regret not making them just a little thinner.. I think they also took good care of me after surgery, but I was lazy and didn’t go so my swelling lasted for a long time.
