First of all, I was sorry because I arrived a little later than my reservation time, but I was still grateful that the manager welcomed me kindly, The director was especially kind, and I liked how they focused on each individual by even asking why I wanted double eyelid surgery. And I felt reassured by how confident they were about the surgery. I also liked that they clearly said what would and wouldn't be possible so there was no confusion, and I was grateful that they even explained in detail to refuse it if another place recommends a procedure like this during a consultation.
