The manager explained everything slowly and kindly. The director also didn't seem rushed and was kind. They tend to ask a lot of questions in order to figure out exactly what the patient wants. It doesn't seem as crowded with customers as some other clinics in Gangnam or Apgujeong, but I think that's because they don't advertise.
