My friend had nose surgery and it turned out so pretty that I went in for a consultation. I was in a hurry to make a reservation, so I called on a public holiday. Someone answered and said they had forwarded the calls because of surgical patients and asked me to call back the next day, but they still kindly took the call even on the holiday, which made me trust the clinic more.
