One month after three types of facial contouring surgery

Hello, it has been one month since I had three types of facial contouring surgery. Right now, I can fit one finger vertically into my mouth, and if I try to open it wider, it is difficult. Was it like this for others too??? I still have not regained sensation from the middle of my lower lip down through the entire lower chin area. It feels like sensation is slowly coming back from both corners of my lips, but maybe because I have no sensation below my lower lip, my smile looks awkward. When I try to smile, the area under my chin feels tight and my lips become a square shape? kind of. With my tongue, I can sweep along my upper teeth except around the molars, but I still cannot sweep along my lower teeth, so it is hard to remove foreign matter like grains of rice when I eat. As for food, except for hard meat or tough foods, I can eat everything if I cut it into small pieces. The swelling is frustrating.. When I look at my side profile, I can visually confirm that the square jaw area has been cut down, and from the front, I can see that the protruding cheekbones are gone. But from the front, my face is still not slim at all. I do not know if it is swelling, but it is puffy below my cheeks, and when I touch it, it feels a little hard. The lower jaw area is also a bit hard. I wonder when it will become slim.. Before surgery, I did not have much facial fat. The biggest reason I decided to have surgery was because I wanted a slimmer face... After surgery, even now I still sleep with two pillows, but strangely, before surgery I never did this at all, yet these days I sleep with my mouth open. When I wake up in the middle of the night or in the morning, I find myself sleeping with my mouth open. Why is this happening.. lol When I look at my side profile, I am very satisfied, but the front view is so puffy that it makes me depressed.. I am doing warm compresses from time to time, and I walk at least 30 minutes every day. At the hospital where I had surgery, they showed me the CT scan right away the day after surgery, but I do not know whether it was taken while I was under anesthesia after surgery or when it was taken. They said radiofrequency treatment is possible one month after surgery, so they told me to come in during the second week of March. Hmm.. I have a lot of worries...
