I consulted at more than 10 clinics, but this was the worst. On this cold day, I went at dawn, taking 8 hours round trip. The consultation reviews were mixed, and the surgery reviews were half people who did well and half dissatisfied people, so I had removed it from my consultation candidates. But since it was a repositioning clinic that does not remove fat, I was about 80% set on doing it here and went for a consultation. I don’t know what they were unhappy about, but after the consultation, a staff member said, “You can just leave,” so I asked, “What about the surgical quote?” and they said, “The director didn’t mention surgery.” I was dumbfounded. Is this why the consultation fee is prepaid? They said the consultation would be long, but after about 10 minutes, they just stopped talking as if the consultation was over. I wouldn’t have surgery at a clinic like this either. Even one star is a waste.
