They said appointments were backed up a lot, so I left my name on the cancellation waitlist saying my surgery was urgent. Then I got a cancellation call and was able to have a consultation right away. After taking a CT scan, I met the director. They inserted an endoscope into my nose, touched my nose, and examined it. I said I was considering either implant removal or revision surgery, and they told me to just have it removed. Because of rhinitis, they also recommended ENT surgery at the same time. They were kind, but it didn’t resonate with me enough to make me want to have surgery there, so I didn’t choose them.
