I had ptosis correction and canthoplasty, and the canthoplasty was fully opened up, but even though I kept applying ointment, a scar-like thickened tissue formed under my eye, and the Mongolian fold is still there. After the ptosis correction, one eye kept feeling uncomfortable, and when I went for a follow-up consultation a year later, they said it couldn’t be helped and that it was already perfect. I am satisfied that my eyes are wider than before, but I was annoyed that they brushed off the fact that one eye became uncomfortable after the ptosis correction as if they bore no responsibility. Still, I guess I should be relieved that the surgery was cheaper than at other hospitals.
