Hmm... it makes it very, very in-line. The swelling went down in less than a week, so I thought, wow, this is amazing, but now, 6 years later, it's almost in-line, so it became a hidden double eyelid, which makes me sad My mom does like that it looks natural, though. If you want dramatic eyes, get eye corner widening too or look into another clinic; if you want something natural, I recommend it.
