My nasal tip was drooping, so I used to get filler in the columella every time, but it kept flowing downward, and it was inconvenient having to get it often, so I had cat nose surgery. But the columella didn’t lift as much as I wanted, and only my philtrum seems to look a bit longer. I later found out that one of the side effects of cat nose surgery is a longer-looking philtrum. I was worried that full rhinoplasty would make my nose look artificial, like a chalk-stick nose, so I only had minor procedures and touched up just the tip... I’m conflicted about rhinoplasty.
