I wrote out what I wanted in long, detailed notes and showed them, and seeing how confident they were made me trust them. I also liked that even though I have a hump on my nose bridge and drooping nasal tip, they said there wasn't much that needed to be touched and only explained the minimum needed. But unless I asked, they didn't really explain things first So I plan to visit a few more places, have another consultation, and then decide. Also, the consultation manager is very, very, very kind.
