In my previous surgery, I had functional rhinoplasty along with septal extension, then had it removed and had a columellar strut built with ear cartilage. As a result, my nose became crooked and my ear became visibly deformed. I wrote a review about this, but then a certified letter arrived saying they would sue me for defamation and fraud, so I got scared and took the post down.
