I visited for an in-person consultation for functional and cosmetic correction of a deviated nose. First of all, the director examined the condition of my nose in detail using CT and visual inspection. He said we should use osteotomy, septum, and costal cartilage, and although he gave an overall explanation, I felt the explanation was a bit lacking on specifics, such as exactly what would be done with the central septal cartilage. Since several procedures were involved, enough to use costal cartilage, but there wasn’t enough information about them, it felt a bit frustrating.
