I also went for a consultation based on someone else's recommendation. The clinic was smaller than I expected. The director gave a professional consultation, and while previous clinics all said to insert silicone and raise the bridge, here they said to only do the tip with the septal cartilage and ear cartilage, which I liked. However, all the post-op photos in the reviews were obviously photoshopped, and there were only a few of them, and I did not really like them, so I was worried about how skilled the surgery would be. Unlike other places, they emphasized post-op side effects, so I did not even feel like I wanted to go through with surgery.
