I had incisional double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty in the provinces 10 years ago. Back then, it was done with local anesthesia only, not sedation. The anesthesia injection hurt so much that I almost thought about not going through with it, but now I really think I’m glad I did it. Even though it was an incision procedure, nobody notices unless I say something. Same with the epicanthoplasty... But I naturally don’t have much fat around my eyes, so when I’m tired, my eyes feel sunken, and I want fat grafting to the upper eyelids too
