I had lateral canthoplasty in 2014. If I had known it was a surgery with this many side effects, I never would have done it in the first place. It was a surgery I had because I wanted my upturned outer eye corners to look even a little softer. Now I’m regretting it because of the side effects, sigh. If it were me, I would absolutely not recommend it, and there is a reason doctors discourage it^^
