Review of fat graft removal injections

I don’t know if it’s because I had orthodontic treatment, but even though my cheekbones weren’t severe, the side profile line between my cheekbones and jaw was slightly sunken and uneven? I had somewhat of a peanut-shaped face. So about 3 years ago, I had full-face fat grafting to improve that, but the doctor said that putting a lot of fat into the side line would actually make my face look bigger, so only a little was added to the side line and instead a lot was added to the front cheek area. The part that engrafted and remained was the front cheeks, and maybe more engrafted than expected, because every time I smile it protrudes excessively, and the nasolabial fold area was also asymmetrical, so I was stressed And since my face shape wasn’t improving either, I started thinking about facial contouring. But they say contouring can cause cheek sagging, and because of the fat grafting, my cheeks felt heavy, so I worried they might sag even more. That’s why I got an injection procedure this time to remove the fat grafting At least it wasn’t that the areas with fat grafting had calcified or anything; my complex was that the fat was slightly excessive. I had one procedure, and it seems to have reduced enough to improve it to some extent, so I’m satisfied It’s not to the point of having a dramatic effect, but I think it’s fairly decent
