Personally, this was the hospital with the worst consultation manager.. The director was kind during the consultation~ First nose surgery (silicone bridge, septal mesh) After the surgery, until I got home, a nurse-like staff member next to me carefully asked whether I was okay, whether anything was uncomfortable, or if there was anything that hurt a lot, and answered everything I asked. They explained how to take the medicine after surgery, the precautions, and the symptoms that could appear after surgery, and even gave me a phone number I could call at night if there was a problem. But after surgery, the consultation manager becomes completely unreachable. They don’t answer calls, and even if I leave a text, there’s no reply. If I ask through the main number, the hospital contacts me a few hours later. Of course, it’s someone other than the consultation manager. When I go for disinfection or stitch removal, the staff who take care of me are kind.
