About a week earlier, I had reserved a consultation time in advance, but suddenly they called and said they would need to change the time the day before because of a surgery schedule, so it caused a conflict with my schedule. Still, I had a consultation about revision eye surgery, and they were kind and detailed. They even drew things out, explained my questions well, and measured how many millimeters things were. I was satisfied with the consultation.
