I had my first surgery here three years ago. For about 2 years, I thought it had turned out fairly well. Back then, I did not know anything, so I only emphasized that I wanted it as natural as possible, and it was so natural that people would not know I had rhinoplasty unless I told them. It was my first surgery, but I have not had any side effects. However, because the nasal tip is rounded and the columella has come down a bit, I am considering revision surgery,,,
