I went for a consultation for lower eyelid fat repositioning, and they also recommended fat grafting. When I went around for consultations, places were split about half and half between recommending fat grafting and not recommending it, so I was leaning toward not doing it. They showed me after photos of someone who also had fat grafting, but after the fat grafting, the nasolabial folds looked deep, so I didn’t feel drawn to it. When I asked, they said it was because they put in more considering the possibility that it might not engraft, but either way, it bothered me. The staff weren’t particularly kind.
