Hmm… Since this is a community, I’ll write honestly. If they tell me to delete the review, I’d probably get stubborn and want to leave an even worse review, right?
First of all, the chief director, Dr. Lim Sung-yoon, was really great.. He must have been extremely tired, but I liked that he tried to treat me well. When I was trembling really badly, he reassured me by saying there was CCTV.
I just got exactly the procedure I wanted. If I like it, I’ll look forward to the next procedure..
Another good thing is that this place has an anesthesiologist.
It was an evening procedure, and the staff and doctors must have been so tired… I get cold easily, so they brought me a blanket… I know because I worked when I was younger(?), it must be hard… Anyway, Happy New Year!!
The bad point was during the consultation with the manager. There was someone on a Naver review who clearly stated the exact procedure price, so I went in expecting that amount, but procedures by the chief director cost extra. Since it wasn’t shown on the homepage, that was kind of… It hurts the clinic’s image… It would be better to state on the homepage from the start that the chief director costs a bit more (it wasn’t even that much, 200,000 won? At my age, 40, paying an extra 200,000 won isn’t a burden, but it somehow feels upsetting… If they had written it accurately on the homepage from the beginning, it would have felt more trustworthy, and then I could have freely recommended it here and there. That part is disappointing (but apparently other places are all like that too?)
Another thing is writing a review… You have to write the review on a designated site, and after depositing 100,000 won, you can get it back after writing the review. This feels a bit nerve-racking (I think they could be confident enough without that). This also isn’t about the money… It feels a bit semi-forced… I think things like this could be a negative factor in the long run…
The manager is still someone as important as the doctor, so I think they should treat people a little more warmly…
Anyway, my overall review is: The doctor is really great (I guess each doctor has a specialized field).
