Just a few days ago, the star ratings for reviews here seemed bad, but now the score has gone up. I would like to raise a question about that. And the amount I wrote is the price for photo disclosure. The doctor seemed to mostly explain things with a focus on design. (But since my nose only has a high bridge and a drooping tip, I was getting the same answer from every clinic: lower the bridge and raise the tip, so I was not very impressed.) Still, I liked the way they showed it with Photoshop. When I asked about a few surgical methods, they answered. That they would reposition the crooked area with costal cartilage (the doctor's opinion) That they would reposition the alar cartilages without tying the tip (the chief coordinator's opinion) The biggest advantage was that while doing the philtrum reduction, they would place it on the septum so the philtrum would not drop again. The downsides were that there were no reviews and that it was not a specialized philtrum clinic, so it was hard to predict scarring. When doing nostril-alar elevation, the excision range was the entire outer nostril wing (according to the chief coordinator, and she said there would be no scar because of the director's technique). And that autologous costal cartilage had to be used (the chief coordinator said if rib cartilage was used, they would use the 7th to 8th rib area. She explained why that area had to be used, but I cannot remember well, and she said 7 to 8 was the best. If using autologous costal cartilage, they recommended this place.) These were the pros and cons of the consultation itself. There were mixed evaluations here, and even in cosmetic surgery group chats people said either that they do design well or that there were functional problems. I visited so many clinics that I feel like I will forget, so I am leaving this in detail.
