It has been almost 10 years since I had rhinoplasty here. They did osteotomy on my hump nose tip here. It was pretty at first. But then the tip gradually started to droop, and I ended up with asymmetrical nostrils and a hooked nose. I developed a deviated septum and rhinitis, so my nose runs all the time and I cannot breathe when I sleep. I went to another place and got a CT scan, and they said even the silicone was crooked. Actually, right after the surgery I already told them it was crooked, but they did not listen to me and said it was swelling, then stuffed something like cotton into my nearly blocked nose and told me to wait because it would straighten out. It did not straighten out.
