My nose is a hump nose, and this would be my first surgery. They said silicone was necessary because my glabella is low, and suggested doing the nasal tip with septal cartilage or ear cartilage. They also said that because my skin is thin, the cartilage would show through, so they suggested using autologous dermis. It wasn’t bad, but after looking at the review photos, the style felt a bit flashy, so I did not choose it.
