I have a habit of frowning between my eyebrows, so I get it regularly. It does ache and hurt when getting it, but the effect is definite, so I'm satisfied every time I do it. The clinic said there isn't a big difference in effect between imported and domestic products, so I got the cheaper domestic one. Once I get it, the effect seems to last about 4 months.
