For places where I only had a consultation, I was too lazy to leave reviews, but I’m leaving one here... After going to Unique for a consultation, I newly felt grateful for the kindness and hard work of the managers at other hospitals. From every nonverbal expression, including their eyes and facial expressions, I felt unkindness and annoyance, and even in their words, the reaction was along the lines of, “Have you never had a consultation at another hospital?” and “Why are you even asking this?” (If I asked it at another hospital, why can’t I ask it again here? I ask the same questions at each hospital, but this is the first place that reacted like this.) There are a few more things besides this, but I’ll hold back. I don’t even want to give more feedback than this.
If the manager is like this even during the consultation, I’m not even curious what kind of attitude they would have toward patients if, by any chance, follow-up treatment were needed after surgery. Before going around for consultations, it had been top-ranked in my mind, but my thinking changed to, there’s no need to insist on doing it here. I won’t go twice. If you’re going because you like the director, I won’t stop you. But when you consult with the manager, I hope you mentally prepare yourself for unkindness that may pop out at any moment. Only today did I see that, in the reviews, there are quite a few posts saying the director is okay but the manager is unkind. If it was going to be like this, I should’ve gone after preparing myself a bit^^..
