I dissolved the filler I had done before and got new filler. The waiting room was a private room, so I could wait comfortably. Honestly, if the lip filler turns out well, what do the hospital facilities or staff friendliness even matter? They recreated my tiny, pinched lips. It's definitely different from what I got at a regular skin clinic before. I haven't had a touch-up yet, but even the first session was enough, so I'm thinking about it.
